It is their enormous pool of experience from which the people create exceptional substance and inspiration for their meaningful work.Role Description:To ensure continuity of value and implementation quality of certification schemes/standards/checklists Location in the organization:The Schedule Coordinator concerns a role that is performed in conjunction with the Lead auditor position.The Scheme Coordinator is accountable to the LFM A.01/A.02.The Scheme Coordinator is authorized to give binding instructions to auditors on behalf of the LFM.Responsibilities:The role includes the following duties in addition to the Lead auditor/reviewer result areas:Support management in the development of uniform technical standards and processes.Technical support and training issues.Coordinate, maintain and secure local accreditations for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.Identify changes in certification schemes and standards under our current accreditations as well as possible relevant laws and regulations of interest for conducting audits and reviews.Suggest necessary changes in procedures to maintain accreditation.To maintain general knowledge of accreditation requirements and future changes therein.Introducing and instructing the TRNL quality management system to new auditors and directing the training program.Act as an expert in the field of standards and processes and as such be the point of contact for questions concerning standards.Prepare new or to be amended system documentation in relation to the relevant schemes.Identifying and reporting on structural bottlenecks in the certification process and/or qualifications/competencies of certification staff internally and externally.Planning, directing and monitoring the progress and follow-up of internal audits within the work area.Preparing and if necessary (partly) leading Experience Exchanges (harmonizations) within the accreditation area concerned, whether or not based on international harmonization.Monitor and ensure in the daily use of approved documents in the audit process.Requirements:Third-Party Qualified for auditsExperience with other Certification Bodies
