They have employed 51000 people around the world.Responsibilities:Define a competitive advantage for your category in line with the Product Line strategy and build a robust 5-year roadmapIdentify opportunities based on the market sizing for the category across each marketIdentify and deliver consumer insights for the category working with Marketing MarketsDevelop strong propositions with unique selling points based on consumer insights to drive market share growthBuild a model catalogue for the category Lead the product development steps along with project managersManage sourcing initiatives with global sourcing team to identify develop better strategic suppliers (when required)Lead the delivery of commercial results for the categoryEnsure the readiness of the commercial launch in collaboration with Design, R D, Marketing and CAs Product Line teamsDefine VPM (Volume, Price, Mix) strategy and look for business insights to improve furtherSteer the monthly commercial business reviews and drive commercial agenda for the categoryRequirements:5-10 Years of experience in building a business and developing commercial results.Proven ability to operate in a large, complex organization and maximize the value of strong brands.Sound commercial experience as business development/sales/channels and/or key account management or/and Marketing/Product Management closely supporting Sales force.
