You will work together with a team of approximately 10 people spread across different locations. You will combine the Hasselt location withworking from home, but you also occasionally go to our head office in Mechelen. Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst you make an important contribution to the transition of our software products. These are your duties and responsibilities:You are part of an agile development team where timely delivery of high-quality software is of paramount importance.You focus on a number of existing and new products and are involved in new initiatives.You master the jargon of the business and build up knowledge. You get to know our customers and how our software helps them work more efficiently.You build solid relationships with various stakeholders in the company in order to efficiently map information.You become the hub between the product owner and the development team.You are part of a winning team and share this mentality.You create the necessary analysis models based on requirements.You explain the analysis deliverables to the development team, substantiated with the necessary rationalization for your choices.Requirement: Master s level thinking or equivalent through experience.Knowledge of the accounting and tax domain is a must.You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience with annual closings (corporate tax and annual accounts).You are willing to reorient yourself to a business analyst.You can reason logically, and you can make business rules understandable to other team members.You are an open communicator who communicates in a respectful manner.You adopt a proactive attitude with regard to communicating opportunities, risks and problems.You speak Dutch and English fluently; you can produce English documentation.
