With a heritage of more than 100 years, they provide comprehensive financial services covering consumer banking, business banking and trade finance, treasury, branch and transaction banking, wealth management, private banking and Islamic financial services.Apart from banking, they are also involved in the provision of insurance and takaful, as well as investment banking, unit trust, fund management and stock broking services.Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall performance and trade business growth of assigned portfolio (in particular Assets Income growth).Develop strategies to gain market share, to grow trade utilization and revenues of assigned portfolio.Embed sales culture with objective of establishing strong customer relationships.Explore trade opportunities end-to-end on clients under assigned portfolio with the aim expand trade business.Analyze and contribute to the delivery of financial results both in respect of trade revenue, assets, contingents and related financial and non-financial measurements for the assigned portfolio.Formulate and validate all proposed trade solutions prior to delivery to target customers.Establish, implement and maintain competitive pricing structures and product/solution mix to maximize product profitability and shareholder value. Provide bundling strategies where appropriate, to ensure product or solution profitabilityImprove sales efficiency by increasing utilization ratio of facilities and services offered and increasing share of wallet of related trade opportunities.Provide technical assistance to formulate comprehensive and relevant trade solutions in facilitating closure of large and/or complex business/trade related deals/pipelines.Implement/observe Compliance Policies with strong awareness of trade operational risks.Conduct trade related training/briefing for internal staffs as well as external clients.Crafting relevant and innovative tracking reports in support of ensuring trade business growing on the right directionTo carry out any other duties/reports/presentation as directed by the management related to growing the trade business.Actively participate in Account Planning sessions/discussions with relevant stakeholders.Establish action plans to ensure successful penetration or increase of wallets for target customers and industries in respective portfolio.Representing bank with the role model behaviors and maintain standards that demonstrate the core values of the bank.Strengthen bank/customer relationships via marketing campaigns, publicity materials, industry presentation, industry events, product profiles etc.Requirements:Degree or equivalent.Preferable to have prior experience in Trade Sales/Products or OperationsAny relevant field of experience in banking can be considered.Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in trade finance.Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Trade related regulations.Good Interpersonal and communication skills.Problem solving skills.Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
