This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated team and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Leadership: Oversee a European team responsible for executing webcast and studio events across multiple locations.Innovation: Drive the strategic vision for Studio Operations, introducing new products and features to maintain a competitive edge.Project Management: Ensure seamless execution of events through effective resource planning and coordination.Operational Oversight: Manage studio resources, equipment, and vendor relationships to uphold quality standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key partners and vendors at both tactical and strategic levels.Requirements:The ideal candidate should possess:Extensive experience in Studio Production, preferably in a TV/broadcast environment, with a minimum of 10 years experience.Proven leadership skills with a client-centric approach.Strong technical acumen and familiarity with emerging technologies.Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), with additional languages such as Dutch and French considered advantageous.Ability to thrive under pressure and quickly troubleshoot technical challenges.Familiarity with webcast, webinar, or conference call communication is desirable.An understanding of the banking/financial sector is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to drive innovation and elevate the company s Studio Production capabilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
