Responsibilities: You are responsible for the optimal implementation of campaigns, product launches and UX optimizations on our websites.Together with various internal and external stakeholders, you will develop new user experiences in cross-functional teams and implement them.You analyse the performance of the various pages and derive potential and next steps from them, thereby contributing to continuous improvement.You plan, control, and analyse AB tests and personalization campaigns in close collaboration with our agency partners and our internal CRO team.You develop retargeting strategies, roll them out, analyse and optimize the various campaigns in order to continually optimize performance.Requirements: Successfully completed business or communications studies, ideally with a focus on marketing or business informatics.At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the area of content and landing page optimization with regard to UX; ideally in the e-commerce environment.Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in an international environment.Well-founded Experience in the Area Website analytics, as well as testing and retargeting.Very high teamwork, Communication strengths organizational skills.A very good Feel for design, imagery, and text.Passionate customer orientation, as well as strategic and structured thinking skills and a strong hands-on mentality.Fluent written and spoken English and German skills.
