They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities:Build and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersDevelop working knowledge of company transfer pricing policies as well as local transfer pricing regulations and lawsLead the design and implementation of transfer pricing projects including development of pricing model(s)Advise on transfer pricing aspects of business expansions, reorganizations, and cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions as well as other special projectsProvide thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and competitor benchmarking, identifying specific strategies used in pricing models of the same and providing recommendationsLead and assist in the organization, management, drafting and review of intercompany and intersegment agreements and policies that support transfer pricing transactionsAssist in maintaining the master file and develop and maintain standards for local files. Also, to assist in or review local filesEnhancing governance and controls over the transfer pricing calculation/execution, reporting/documentation processesResearch transfer pricing issues and monitor changes in law and evaluate impact to the businessSupport both internal and external audit queriesCo-ordinate, prepare and present training material to improve transfer pricing knowledge of the wider Upstream Finance communityRequirements:A Bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business and/or Economics disciplineAccounting/Tax professional designation (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, CA, CTA or equivalent)12 years of experience of finance, accounting and tax experience of which 5+ years of experience working in a consulting environment focused on transfer pricingPreferably, 3+ years of this experience in the Oil Gas value chainSolid understanding of IFRS in relation to Oil GasSolid understanding of relevant global transfer pricing regulations and lawsExpertise in navigating and influencing complex internal stakeholder groups to ensure successful business outcomesBasic knowledge of KSA tax is a plusAbility to work with incomplete data and drive conclusions and make recommendations to senior managementWorking knowledge of SAP Finance Modules would be considered an assetStrong modelling experience would be considered an asset
