Responsibilities:Development and implementation of omnichannel communication campaigns under consideration of the strategic brand alignment.Further development and activation of our digital channels e. g. e-commerce, CRM and Club/LoyaltySupport in the development of business cases and elaboration of a long-term communication strategy with the objectives of customer acquisition and customer retention.Creation of reports and analysis of the campaigns carried out on KPIs and learnings with the aim of performance optimization.Ensuring a unified brand presence across all communication channels in line with the global brand CI.Close collaboration with creative agencies for the development and elaboration of brand campaigns and activation measures.Project management.Close interface and stakeholder management with all commercial departments as well as our client.Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital or similar.Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in the areas of brand management, marketing or digital.Strong customer orientation and conceptual thinking.Good understanding and fine sense of design and brand management.IT skills (MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint).Holistic and strategic thinking, as well as analytical skills.“Hands-on mentality and “Consumer-Centric-Mindset”Strong skills in project management and safe handling of external partners internal stakeholdersEmpathy, high interpersonal competence, and self-motivation.Negotiation-proof German English spoken and written.
