They employ approximately 20,000 people and have operations mainly in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and the UK.Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for execution of defined O M Package activities.Develop budgeting of time and resources required for the O M Package.Ensure O M Package activity planning including coordination of stakeholders.Project reporting and dialogue with the Technical Project Manager and Project Manager or EPC Director.Development of operational design and business case for given asset projects by integrating developed O M products.Business responsible for delivering associated contracts up until TG3.Ensure timely deliverables required for relevant milestone passages including approval of business cases and operational strategyPrepare and collate information for handover documents at TG3.Risk management in close alignment with asset project risk manager.Support with relevant O M input in case of partnerships and joint ventures.Ensure implementation of lessons learned for future projects and shares lessons learned to other asset projects.Actively participate in improvement of internal processes and ensuring these are applied and updated.Key Deliverables and Activities:Develop and mature OPEX business case along asset project tollgates.Complete and deliver required documentation for each tollgate up until TG3.Deliver WTG SWA, Logistics and Harbour Facilities contracts at TG3.Identify, manage and reduce quality and operational risks for the asset project until TG3.Stakeholders and Main Interfaces:Primary stakeholders: Specific Asset ProjectSecondary stakeholders: Costing and Modelling team, Procurement Managers, Technical Portfolio Package Managers, Execution Package Managers, other subject matter experts within the Generation unitRequirements:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.+5 years for senior position, +2 years for associate position of relevant experience within energy sector, preferably offshore wind or services.Excellent commercial and financial acumen.Experience with contract negotiation with O M Offshore Wind contracts.Technical and operational understanding.Project management capabilities.Strong communication skills.Ability to abide by core principles: Active, Open, Positive, Safe.Strong command of written and spoken English.Required Competence and Proficiency Levels:Associate O M Package Manager: Able to successfully manage an O M Package with minimal guidance.O M Development Package Manager: Able to successfully manage an O M Package independently.Senior O M Development Package Manager: Excelling in managing the O M Package, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
