Their core business is to provide their clients with global solutions in order to manage risk and optimize benefits.Responsibilities:This role will support and report to Technology Compliance SOx Team Lead and work closely with Finance colleagues responsible for business process controls and the overall global SOx audit programme,Accountable for supporting delivery of Technology scope SOx controls and audit.Support key SOx impacting projects to ensure change to controls is designed and operated effectively during and post project implementation. Attend and contribute to key governance forumsProduce timely metrics to support governance reporting requirements.Engagement with Auditors for the purpose of planning and co-ordination of audits including evidence requests and walkthroughsEngagement with third party vendors who operate controls within the environment leveraged for SOx.Requirements:Skills:Experience in working with a dynamic multi location team.Ability to multitask and manage communications with multiple stakeholders concurrently.Understand, maintain, and manage complex and ever-changing IT control environments covering access, change, IT operations and governance.Support key financial objectives via technology driven processes.Qualifications:Educated to degree level or equivalentMinimum 6 years’ experience with controls/audit related engagements (SOX Audit IT Control / Process Control Experience is must)Experience of working within a Global Financial organisation.Behaviors:Resourcefulness and organizational agilityProblem SolvingDelivery focusedStrong communications and stakeholder management
