About our client:Our Client operates in the Information Services Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in the Netherlands. It has its branches spread to more than 40 countries. They fall in the Top 10 Dutch Companies. Their core business is to provide expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services to its clients. The company serves various markets like legal, risk, compliance, accounting, finance, etc.Responsibilities:Monitor all components of the infrastructure (both on Public and Private Cloud), contributing to the definition of the reference KPIs, monitoring logics and related automatisms.Carry out analyzes on the sizing and use of infrastructure components, acting proactively to improve the health of systems, performance and costs.Manage the Major Incident management process linked to our cloud products, also participating, as a 1st level, in the anomaly resolution process.Support the team in maintenance and Security Compliance activities of the systems, according to the defined standards.Actively contribute to the DevOps transformation process of the structure, collaborating with the development teams in the acquisition of skills and activities (for example the management of hotfixes, release pipelines, etc.).Requirements:The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:Diploma or degree preferably in Engineering, Information Sciences or other technical-scientific disciplines;At least one year of experience on Microsoft Azure cloud;Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems;Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems;Basic knowledge of Networking;Basic knowledge of relational databases (mainly MS SQL);Availability to work shifts (limited to the time slot 8:00 - 19:00), to carry out on-call and/or scheduled interventions outside working hours;The profile is completed by strong qualities of dynamism, proactivity and leadership, with a strong passion for technology and innovation. IT Constitutes a Preferential Qualification:Cloud certifications (e.g. MS Azure);Knowledge of a scripting language (Bash, Python);Previous skills and experience in operations and/or systems roles;A good knowledge of English ( B1), as participation in conference calls in the language and the reading/writing of documentation in English may be required.
