The company owns 22 plants worldwide and has its own distribution network in 23 countries and they have employed approximately 4,000 people.Responsibilities:Track outlet level inventory plan re-order of stocks as per inventory at outlets and monthly sales opportunity.Ensure that products are stocked and displayed according to approved planograms on unpaid shelves paid elements ( wallbays, gondola, shelf in shelf )Plan visibility elements build displays in store as per the annual planEnsure products are priced and ticketed correctlyProvide various merchandising services to various customersGift Packs - planning and execution in store/outlet with communication via on floor posters and outlet database messages as per state lawsAdhoc administration duties when requiredBuild relations with key person counter salesmen, plan incentives as per state lawsRequirements: Self-motivatorLiquor Industry experience of 4 – 6 yrsAbility to network and build relationshipsPrevious merchandising /or retail experienceKnowledge of the retail activation planning/ management/ operationHigh attention to detailExcellent time management skillsBasic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Ability to work varied hoursKnowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guideline
