Responsibilities:Support large local employee listening activities or drive smaller local employee listening activities, in cooperation with P C Managers and business leaders, for topics relevant to the whole country/cluster.Analyze available employee data across the whole employee journey, both quantitative and qualitative and from various sources, to support the validation of insights.Deploy projects with engagement/communication focus, to address local pain points and employee needs.Provides input on internal communication plan, covering both employee experience action points and business needs, based on global themes of Global Communications, Global I D and Global Employee Experience. Contribute in planning and coordinating the local I D strategy to drive the global Inclusion Diversity agendaSupports in deploying initiatives to increate an inclusive, safe and empowering culture, possibly leading smaller initiatives, by actively creating contentProvide support in implementing talent strategy by utilizing analytics to identify potential gapsDeploy annual talent and performance management cycles from a process standpointRequirements:Possible degrees include business administration, Communications, Public Relations, HR Management, Inclusion Diversity ManagementExperience in Communications, Journalism, Inclusion Diversity or Change ManagementFirst experience in deriving action from insights making suggestions for initiativesFirst experiences in devising messages for different audiences and in various formatsExperienced in photoshop, canva and other digital content creation software, etc.Proactive and passionate about driving best-in-class employee experience by deriving actions through insights. Strong writing skills in both local language, Cantonese and English. Mandarin a plusNatural tendency in storytellingTeam OrientedExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
