They believe in making their share of contribution to the Digital Transformation of the world.Responsibilities:Acquisition of new clientsLead conversion from numerous marketing channelsCreating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectivesConsistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goalsActively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customersObtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipelineManagement of customer relationshipsRecognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customersManagement of key accountsDevelopment of new accountsReporting and operationsOverseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfactionRequirements:Strong negotiation and client communication skills.Detailed knowledge of IT Services and nuances and nuances of software contracting.New business development by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; suggesting new applications and sales strategies.Keen understanding of Singapore/ASEAN laws and regulations related to commercial contracting and software licensing.High energy, self-starter, ability to work independently, analytical, quick learner, organized, flexible to change and drives results.Develop sales by making presentations; explaining service enhancements; introducing new products and services.Strong negotiation skills/experience with excellent business judgment.Ability to analyze, understand, and respond to situations quickly, succinctly and accuratelySkillful in handling internal and external customers; customer focused attitude.Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment, Proactive with deadlines.English language proficiency – verbal and written communication.
