At the company, our managers use their valuable skillz and run their very own store. In this role, you’ll oversee the operational plan of your store and team. You’ll also create a customer-focused environment while developing maintaining a fully-staffed store - all while maximizing your store’s profitability.Requirements:3 years’ experience supervising others.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong leadership, managerial and communication skills.Understanding and commitment to our client mission, vision and TCF (Total Customer Focus).
