They converge R D, emerging technologies, digital transformation, and commercial market innovations with military capabilities to develop disruptive solutions tailored to the specific requirements of its customers.Responsibilities:Adhere to OHSE legislations, standards and the Organization Policy’s Procedures.Act as the direct support for the Program Manager on all technical matters.Compilation and management of the Engineering Management Plan Activities.Development of the Product Strategy.Integration of all technical effort on the project.Baseline Management culminating in the Development Roadmap.Detail Planning of the project with all stakeholders through the creation of the WBS and SOW’s. For the complete program as well as per sub project.Application of engineering due process as defined by the NIMR PLM Gates. Requirements:Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Engineering.At least 7 years hands-on experience in implementing the configuration management concept that includes: requirements management, change management, release management, data management, records management, and document control in the relevant field. Engineering Management CertificationsPlan and maintain the project schedule.Create the project development budget and manage the budget within approvals.Identify and manage stakeholders.Identify and manage project technical risks.
