Job Role:As a key member of the company s commercial Center of excellence, be accountable for the governance, delivery co-ordination and execution of the overall AMEA RGM programs as per the defined AMEA commercial roadmap. comnpany s AMEA Operating model is one of regional governance/stewardship and BU (Business Unit) owned execution and accountability.Responsibilities:Create, evolve, and provide analytical insights related to Commercial Function including Sales, Marketing and Innovation and present findings developed through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.Understand business needs, objectives and market when implementing analytical strategies and liaise internally with business stakeholders and advanced analytical team (IT and Data Scientists) to complete analytics, reporting, and implementation of analytics-driven changes.Assist in development and testing of analytics proofs-of-concept across all commercial data sets and in the development of tools and applications to present insights to the stakeholder.Be the Regional Commercial Center of Excellence IT SPOC for the BU Project execution team (BU IT business owners) to ensure on time and on quality delivery and execution of the BU level project, including and not limited to project operational and advisory to issues, and/or escalations.Hands on participation at the project execution level as when required. BU Project execution team (BU IT business owners) will own the project execution accountability but an attitude of ‘rolling up the sleeves’ is required.Build strong partnerships with the BU Project execution team (BU IT business owners), regional and global stakeholders, to fully leverage them for solution design, delivery and sustainment to achieve optimum outcomes for the RGM program. Partnering jointly with the BU Project execution team (BU IT business owners), regional and/or global stakeholders to ensure conformance of IT gates process – including but not limited to – System and Technical System Architectural, PMO, procurement related due diligence, vendor Due Diligence.Support commercial systems leaders during technical vendor(s) evaluation to ensure on time and on quality delivery and execution of the BU level project, including and not limited to ensuring technical vendor(s) adherence to defined quality metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA).Working together with the BU IT leads and PM(s), build solutions that manage overall annual growth in net revenue and gross profit through a best-in-class Revenue Growth Management practice (analysis, strategy and programs) that is fully embedded in commercial IT ecosystem.Be the bridge between global region with respect to globally driven (top-down) guidelines, best practices and advisory with respect to commercial solutions to the region, and also surfacing regional/BU specific nuances back to global (bottoms up)Requirements:Technical expertise5-7 years+ IT global/regional program delivery, preferable with CPG businesses.Ability to own and manage business system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping, interface documentation and traceability matrix and process change management.Extensive functional experience Sales Marketing focused on Revenue growth management, and trade promotions (General Trade Modern Trade).Proven track record in working with multiple Clients (India and global) and in complex, multi-location projects with multiple stakeholders.Proven track record in implementation of a regional wide RGM solutions, harmonizing both business process and technical solutions across a legacy demographic of disparate systems:Including integration with surrounding ecosystems – including but not limited to – ERP and other surrounding enterprise applications stack.Knowledge of data quality measurements, methodology, and Visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau) while bringing ability to provide insights from multiple raw and refined data sources.Knowledge of analytical use cases in Commercial Function like Pricing curves-ladders-elasticity, Promo effectiveness optimization, SKU optimization, spend optimizers and other commercial analytics.Proven track record in the OCM (Organization change management) aspect of a regional platform roll out across a highly diversified and disparate people/process and technology demographic.Experience in the following domains would be a big advantage.RGM Analytical platforms – Acumen, Kantar, Salesforce etc. and precision commercial solutions by Trudence, mu-sigma, revenue.ai, tiger, sigmoid and related analytics firms: around - Pricing, Trade Architecture, Mix Management, full funnel marketing and retail executionData Analytics expertise with both sell in, sell through, sell out and/or any other external data sources (Nielsen/IRI/Circana etc.). Soft/People ExpertiseProven track record in navigating across a highly matrix and diverse mix of team, both cultural and geography.Demonstrated, hands-on experience in project delivery with collaborating with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and influencing skills, ability to articulate complex to simplicity for non-technology savvy audience.Structure and disciplined in terms of Gates/documentation/process – seeing the value beyond being administrative or bureaucratic.Ability to navigate amongst ambiguity and chaos.Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience managing vendors and contractors, and negotiation skills.Collaborative yet assertive.
