They have the advantage of having Diverse and Globalized product lines.Responsibilities:Collaborating with hiring managers to develop detailed job descriptions outlining the requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position.Sourcing CandidatesUtilizing various methods to attract and identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.Screening Resumes and ApplicationsReviewing resumes and job applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience against the job requirements.Conducting InterviewsInterviewing candidates to evaluate their fit for the role, and assess their skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural alignment with the organization.Requirements:BAC +5 Human resources1-2 years experiences in sourcing
