Their teams are driven by a common purpose: to deliver a better world through their unrivaled technical and digital expertise, a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion, and a commitment to environmental, social, and governance priorities.Responsibilities:Utilize your existing networks to develop and generate new business.Manages the presentation and report development from clients and play a key role in client management and client satisfaction.Lead a team of Landscape professionals in China.Act as the Technical Lead on Landscape Architecture projectsLead the internal technical supervision, training and skill development and perform team/resources planning and managementUtilities your industry networks to recruit top technical talent and experts to further grow your teamProvide assistance in the development of landscape design detailsWork with other project team members to help identify appropriate solutions for client projectsRequirements:Bachelors in Landscape Architecture or closely related field required.Minimum 15 years experience in Landscape Architecture, with 5 years in a leadership capacityHolders of a corresponding professional accreditationStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills
