They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities : Conduct analysis and design of onshore building and non-building structures using structural analysis software such as STAAD and ETABSPerform design review of engineering packages prepared by others in support of ongoing Capital and Maintain Potential projectsDevelop and interpret code and standard requirements for onshore structural designsAssess and carry out full structural analysis, including wind/seismic/piping forces, for onshore buildings and industrial structuresParticipate in Engineering Standard development and reviewsConduct vendor technical assessments for structural steel fabricators and similar commoditiesConduct technical/structural inspections and assessments of existing structuresSupport ongoing Innovation/Technology programs and strategic initiativesAssess new and emerging technologies for civil/structural applicationsAct as a professional mentor to developing structural engineers and specialistsRequirements : Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Master’s Degree is a plus.Professional Engineering or Chartered Engineering CertificationMinimum eight (8) years of professional engineering design experience in the design of onshore building and non-building structures. Familiarity with AISC and ACI structural design standardsProficient in structural engineering design software (STAAD, ETABS)Good communication skills and be comfortable working both independently and with cross-departmental teams.
