Responsibilities:Guarantee UX and UI excellence by continuously optimizing the website and A/B testing new solutions (CRO).Maintain contents always updated ensuring consistency with the Brand Marketing/Activation strategy.Manage the activities calendar by mapping and tracking progress of all related initiatives (content and UX).Track defined KPIs to guarantee defined targets are met.Proactively propose action plans with an entrepreneurial mindset to constantly develop the channel, improve performance and maximise business impact.Closely collaborate with OC (global headquarter) stakeholders to integrate relevant new features, information/innovation into the digital channels.Coordinate external agencies activities.Regularly liaise with all internal/external stakeholders to ensure all initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured and comply with the local legal requirements.Design and implement outstanding UX and UI to guarantee an excellent digital experience to all users.Define functional requirements to guide the platform technical development and supervise their implementation.Proactively propose new features optimizing the platform to guarantee constant consumer engagement and meet the assigned targets.Guarantee the maximum collaboration with the CX team and regularly liaise with all internal/external stakeholders to ensure all initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured and comply with the local legal requirements.Budget and reporting.Legal and corporate complianceRequirements:Experience working successfully in a global, multicultural organization, with cross-functional projectsStrong experience (minimum 5 years) in digital marketing and use of web/CRO tools (Optimisely, CMS, GA, etc)Strong project management skills, organization skills and documentation skillsCollaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can successfully work independentlyDesign thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box.Proven ability to work effectively across functionsAbility to work independently on multiple projects at the same timeAdvanced Communication, relationship building skills and customer-centric thinkingCreative thinking and digital marketing understandingKnowledge of relationship between content, analytics and consumer engagementBachelor or Master’s degree in Digital, Marketing, Management, Communications or Business ManagementAbility to work in culturally diverse teams across multiple languages Fluent written and spoken in Spanish English (additional European languages is a plus)Experience in the use of management tools like Confluence/Jira, Workfront, MS Suite
