Their modern manufacturing technologies and a strict adherence to their quality policy guarantee the production of high quality products and solutions for numerous applications.Responsibilities:Compliance 24 X 7 (ESH, Quality, Regulatory, Sustainability, Factory act norms)Deliver right product at the right cost at the right time with the right quality at the right locationEnsure best in industry costs for all the products via optimal indirect sourcing, robust manufacturing management (incl technological interventions like Operation Excellence, manufacturing 4.0 and strong focus on fixed costs)Ensure harmonious and positive engagement with the workforce and manage the team to deliver high retention, grow talent and reach high engagement levelsContribute to the overall management of the BU by being an integral part of the Operations leadership team of the BU and adding value in all organizational topics (not just production)Continue to make efforts in complete sweating out of assets, working closely with Commercial teams on cost analysis, market/customer aspects.Imperative Production/Operation experience coming from Chemical Process Industry, preferably Pigment Industry(Inorganic pigment experience is preferred).Unit operations experience includes Furnaces/Kilns, besides ETP usual Inorganic/organic synthesis plantRequirements:Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, preferably with Lean Six Sigma Black/Green belt training and certificationOperations (production, supply chain) experiences/knowledge15 plus years of experience into Site operations/Manufacuring operationsAt least 5 years professional experience as project lead in a CI/BB position in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Process designDemonstrated high performance levels and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProven continuous improvement, Lean experience and/or certified L6S Black Belt. Management/general skills: Leadership experience in Global environment, leading the Global teams.Proven project leadership skills and the capability to work effectively in international teams.Leading/managing change programs.Trainer/coach; able to impart knowledge to Passion for innovation, change and continuous improvement.Proven ability to plan and prioritize work.
