These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.Responsibilities:Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for the category brand, grounded in consumer and customer insights.Drive product planning, activation, advertising, and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.Drive the development of annual plans, focused on 1 to 3-year growth plans by identifying whitespace opportunity while demonstrating leadership of brand centric cross functional teams.Set out Selling Story for new product campaign based on insight.Responsible for managing overall category brand budget and accountable for delivery of annual P L.Monthly tracking on Key brand Metrics Lead in on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.Actively recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.Responsible for launch management, building launch plans, customer sell-in and and potential legal regulatory issuesResponsible for assigned new product launch assessment and deployment in local market.Responsible for existing business compliance and continuation in the scope of product marketing brand building Manage (influence, drive, monitor) Builds productive and collaborative working relationship Marketing, Sales, Food Service, R D, S OP, Finance and others to manage brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree minimum, master’s degree would be a plus.5 or more years of experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG) or start up, experience in Distributor Model will be a plus.
