Responsibilities:Domain Expertise:Direct and steer the development of architecture solutions as part of the Life Sciences Strategy by ensuring that business strategies drivers are analyzed synthesized to formulate relevant IT solutions considering Life-Sciences industry trends, pace of technology evolution and impact on the enterpriseArchitecture Design:Direct and steer the development of IT Life-Sciences architecture solutions across all architectural perspectives, tailored to the specific needs of life sciences, the wider our client context, and bringing the best modern architecture principles to bearSolution Management:Lead and manage technology, business, and delivery partners providing guidance, mentorship, and structure to deliver phenomenal designs on time and with the right alignmentData Strategy:Co-Design with Enterprise Analytics and Data architects the Life-Sciences data strategies that facilitate exceptional health value creation for customers.Requirements:Extensive experience in IT architecture and design, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare, in particular in the R D lifecycle.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in database management, cloud computing, and data analytics.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address evolving research needs.Relevant certifications in IT architecture or life sciences compliance (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP)Experience with clinical, or clinically relevant data management.Experience with RWE and RWD is particularly welcomeExperience with design and development of analytic platforms that support both BI and Data Science (ML/AI) capabilities using best of breed tools and technologiesLeader with focus on team.Self-Driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity.Value Obsessed and excited by the big picture.Communicates with impact.Intuition For Business; tech visionary and pragmatist.Critical Thinking modern architecture evangelist.Credible Ally to many diverse collaborators.Broad technical competency and ability to go deep in some relevant areas.
