They believe in driving digital transformation.Responsibilities:Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistent high-quality parts are producedContinuously seek for long term solutions to resolve chronic process and material issues to improve yield and qualitySelection, evaluation and qualification efforts of new packaging materials and processes for process and quality improvements, risk management and cost reduction objectives.Work with cross-functional team to resolve internal/external quality issue.Implement corrective and preventive solutions. Responsible on investigation of customer returns and implementation of corrective and preventative measures.Responsible to implement effective in-process control.Critical process parameters audit and ensure line compliances.Requirements:Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
