They have the advantage of having Diverse and Globalized product lines.Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fitInterview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview processCandidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates performance during interviews, provide feedback, and assist in making informed hiring decisionsOffer Management: Extend offers to Selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding processTalent Pools: Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs, fostering long-term relationships with top talent.Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring processRequirements:Bachelor s/master’s degree in human resources, business, or a related fieldMinimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition.Strong understanding of corporate roles, responsibilities, and skill setsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR softwareHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality
