Responsibilities : You will manage, plan, and lead activities of the assigned business unit(s) in compliance to Sustainability, Quality, and Legal requirements. You will ensure full focus on achieving all assigned KPIs end-to-end (from Supplier to Consumer) linked to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale, following a preventive/predictive approach and you will collaborate with the Production Manager to the strategy development and deployment linked to the business strategy for business unit. You will also develop and lead an integrated and high performing team following principles of lean manufacturing to step up the team capabilities.Requirements :At least 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing within the tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry and at least 3 years of experience as people manager. Good collaboration and stakeholder management as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. You must also be amenable to work in Batangas Plant
