Their core business is designing, manufacturing and marketing of products for end-to-end transmissions.Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research using a variety of sources, including surveys, interviews, data analysis, and secondary research, to understand market dynamics, consumer behaviour and emerging trends.Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the activities of competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market. Provide regular reports on competitor strategies and market positioning.Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights for business growth.Product and Service Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of existing products and services and provide recommendations for improvements or potential new offerings based on market demands.Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and business recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget estimates.Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and progress updates.Project Reporting: Generate periodic progress reports and presentations for management and clients, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.Calendar and Schedule Management: Maintain the executive s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and proactively handle any scheduling conflicts or changes.Travel Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel arrangements for the executive.Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.Project Support: Assist in various projects and initiatives, collaborating with other team members to drive successful outcomes.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate executive-level events, conferences, and special gatherings, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance and support to the executive, which may include managing personal appointments, planning arrangements, and other ad-hoc tasks.Requirements:Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar software.Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
