Our client, a leading Dutch Financial Services company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join their team in Amsterdam.As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional HR support to multiple departments and contribute to the success of our client s Amsterdam office in turn supporting their global activity.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the HR team to handle all HR matters for our client s Amsterdam office while working closely with other (local) HR teams.Offer guidance and support to management on various HR-related matters, acting as a reliable consultant and coach.Build and maintain a strong internal network, enabling you to proactively advise on HR topics and take appropriate action.Take ownership of local HR projects and actively participate in HR group projects.Assist with administrative processes, payroll, personnel data entry, and employment contracts.Address general employee issues and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.Provide regular and ad hoc HR reporting and data analysis to HR and/or Management.Support new managers by guiding them on HR policies and processes.Handle complex situations and assist management in resolving organization, people, and change-related issues.Oversee the entire Recruitment Process, including managing the outsourcing contract and tracking Key RPO Performance Indicators, planning interviews, and assisting with onboarding projects.Drive the design and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and policies in your HR specialty to enhance the overall employee, manager, candidate, and HR experience.Ensure compliance of all local HR policies with relevant legislation and their correct implementation within the organization.Develop and maintain a robust network with internal and external stakeholders.Identify opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and new potential projects, actively participating in (inter)national projects.Contribute to learning and development initiatives by advising and consulting managers and employees, identifying training needs, selecting suppliers, and coordinating budgets.Play a key role in performance management, including communication, coordinating objective setting processes, mid-year review cycles, and annual performance and development review cycles.Requirements:Significant experience in one or several HR fields such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Social Laws, or HRIS.A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or equivalent.Ability to manage priorities and handle complexity across functional borders in a matrix organization.Strong communication skills, flexibility, a team player, cultural awareness, and excellent relationship-building abilities.Proven track record in developing and managing plans, projects, and policies convincingly.Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to rules and regulations.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing and growing environment.Knowledge of recruiting, payroll, and Dutch legislation (regarding sickness, underperformance, etc.).Hands-on mentality with a results-driven approach and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch.If you are ready to embark on an exciting journey with our client s team in Amsterdam and contribute your HR expertise to a dynamic organization, we welcome you to apply for the HR Business Partner position.
