Department: MarketingLocation: MumbaiReports To: GM Marketing Job Summary: As the Integrated Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our organisation s integrated marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing channels, excellent leadership skills, team building skills, and the ability to drive results through collaboration and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the GM of Marketing and other stakeholders to develop and refine the integrated marketing strategy and plan.Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and targets in alignment with the company s goals.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including campaign managers, content creators, designers, and digital marketers.Foster a high-performance culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation.Integrated Campaign Development:Conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.Data Analysis and Insights:Use data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations.Monitor and report on KPIs, providing regular updates to the executive team.Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure successful campaign execution.Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.Use market research to identify opportunities and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Brand Management:Ensure the brand s consistency and integrity in all marketing materials and communications.Oversee brand guidelines and maintain brand identity standards.Vendor and Agency Management:Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing goals.Compliance and Ethics:Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).Proven experience (10+ years) in integrated marketing, with a track record of successfully driving marketing strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong project management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This job description serves as a general guideline for the responsibilities and qualifications required for an Integrated Marketing Director.
