What you ll be trusted with The Head of Reward works closely with the global Reward team, the in:country management teams and cross:functional teams to strategize, implement and manage global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, employee satisfaction and competitive market practices. : Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with business leaders to align reward strategies, including sales compensation, with organisational goals and performance objectives. : Total Rewards Design : Developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition. : Data Analysis : Conducting in:depth data analyses to assess market competitiveness, identify trends, and recommend adjustments. : Performance Management: Advising on performance management processes, linking rewards to individual and team achievements. : Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhanceemployee satisfaction, retention, and overall well:being. : Policy Development: Creating and maintaining reward policies, ensuring consistency and compliance. : Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with HR, finance, and business functions to optimise reward practices and drive organisational success.
