Requisition ID:72889 Job Description As a supply chain analyst, you will be responsible for the following: : Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and risks. : Develop and implement supply chain strategies, plans and policies to support demand and customer requirements. : Collaborate with cross:functional teams such as Demand Management, Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT and Finance to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities. : Monitor, improve and report on supply chain performance, KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction. : Conduct supply chain risk assessment and mitigation actions. : Support supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and digital supply chain transformation. : Utilize supply chain tools and systems such as Kinaxis, SAP, PL/SQL, Python and Power BI to run scenarios, build models, solution shaping, run simulation, perform data analysis and reporting. : Stay updated on the latest supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices. Job Requirement : Bachelors degree or higher in Supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with CGPA : 3.5 or equivalent : Preferably with 1:3 years of experience or more in Supply Chain, planning, Industrial Engineering, Operations in the semiconductor or high:tech industry. : Strong analytical, problem:solving, and decision:making skills. : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. : Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work across time zones. : Experience in using any supply chain software such as Kinaxis / Blue Yonder / o9 / SAP APO / SAP IBP / Adexa is a plus. : Proficiency in one or more tools and systems such as PL/SQL, Python, AI/ML/Linear Programming Optimization and Power BI / Tableau / QlikView.
