What role you will play in our team :Owns the E and PS Portfolio of IT Products including SharePoint Sites and SharePoint based collaboration,process automation solutions (Websites, Forms, and Workflows), Access based tools, and Power Apps :Executes process improvement projects andthe contact with the business :Executes successful implementation and sustainment of Citizen IT based projects :The leads are not expected to do everything as development, but rather, act as a developer who understands everything and can propose solutions :Capable of owning any aspect of product development while also effectively communicating with all members of the application stack What you will do :Manage project deliverables, and ensure they are timely completed / delivered through interfacing with IT :Communicate project progress to steering committee and other key stakeholders :Define as is and to be business process, business process redesign and associated change management :Proactively identify the need for automation, bring process efficiencies by applying best practices :Develop, maintain, and steward an integrated project change plan across IT, the business, and external resource dependencies :Work closely with SME s to define product roadmap, vision and direction for all products within the portfolio, identify white space and opportunities for product enhancements and Process automation :Own the development process by proactively reaching out to SMEs to identified enhancements, do requirement gathering, and ensure all development work is actioned in an expeditious way :Grows personal skills in each domain (front:end, back:end, and infrastructure) :Apply fixes to existing code or contribute small features to application as required :Understands basic semantics and structure of HTML, SQL, CSS, JS :Develop simple web services and APIs using the technology of choice :Involves web accessibility best practices from the beginning :Manages the source code of
