We may have a great job for you ExxonMobil is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to provide Materials Engineering technical support and expertise to its oil and gas production, refining and chemicals operations, and capital projects. The candidate would be part of ExxonMobils Materials Engineering team in ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering Company, working out of ExxonMobils Bengaluru Campus (Prestige Shantiniketan) in India. The candidate would be responsible for working with multi:discipline teams to execute/establish/improve materials engineering related work processes/solutions/ recommendations. What you will do Primary Job Functions :Perform materials selection for Greenfield and Brownfield projects across the Upstream, Low Carbon Solutions, and Petrochemical value chains by leveraging company and industry standards, codes, and global practices. :Develop materials specifications for procurement of new equipment for a project or planned replacement. :Act as a Materials Project Engineering Specialist to review equipment and piping design specifications and other related materials integrity documents developed by EPCs. :Review materials test reports and mill certificates to confirm conformance with materials specification requirements. :Perform corrosion calculations using EM Proprietary and 3rd Party vendor corrosion prediction models to support material selection decisions. :Review Materials Selection Philosophy, Manufacturers MPS/ITP and other Materials Engineering related documents. :Provide resolution to materials deviation requests from EPCs and Operating organizations on timely and clear communication with project teams with consideration to performance/integrity, CAPEX, schedule and OPEX factors. :Perform life cyc
