What role you will play in our team : Responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities (at Isambe, Khalapur) : Responsible to manage develop and execution of projects in the plant and support engineering programs to enhance profitable and sustainable operational excellence : Responsible for managing overall preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities. : Responsible to manage, develop and execute projects in the plant and support engineering programs to enhance profitable and sustainable operational excellence while ensuring all projects conform to company guidelines and control practices. : Responsible to prepare the project budget item summary sheet, procurement requisition and job description. Support procurement function to complete project contract. Location isIsambe village, Khalapur, Maharashtra (India) What you will do : Responsible for flawless performance, budget, schedule and close out of projects and effective turn:over with Operations upon completion. : Develop scope, cost and supporting economics for projects as part of annual Planning and Budgeting (P and B) and endorsement (funding processes). : Provide technical support and guidance to the plant including Integrity Management System (OIMS) participation, shutdown / commissioning activities and training on new equipment / installations. : Identify and assist in the implementation of innovative processes, technologies, and system to achieve and sustain a level of competitive advantage in asset utilization. : Responsible for managing Standards of Environmental Care (SOEC), Global Pipeline Integrity (GPI), Hydrocarbon Controls Procedures (HCP), Safety Critical Equipment program in LOBP. : Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance with minimum downtime. : Act as plant maintenance subject matter expert. : Support / Assist in managing plant maintenance. : Perform troubleshooting to equipment issues an
