The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of CSR laws, community engagement, and CSR program delivery. The recruit will play a pivotal role in driving positive social impact. Responsibilities : Support in developing, implementing, and managing CSR programs and projects in alignment with Colgate:Palmolive Indias CSR strategy and goals. : Collaborate with cross:functional teams to integrate CSR principles into business operations : Plan and execute community engagement activities, volunteer initiatives, and philanthropic projects to support education, health, environmental sustainability, and other key areas. : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, tracking key performance indicators and reporting on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. : Stay informed about CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. : Communicate CSR initiatives internally and externally through various channels, including presentations, reports, and social media.
