If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day Job Summary: We are looking for a learning media developer (graphic designer) to help us create and develop learning materials including (engaging visual designs for eLearnings, videos, animations, infographics, game designs, banners, newsletters, brandbook, templates, layouts, icons etc.) for all global learning and development purposes. What you will do: : Production of videos, animations, graphics, GIFs, banners and infographics etc. : Development of content using industry standard development tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360) : Design and develop creative video/interactive content for all learning assets, print and digital media : Conceptualize GIF Animations and visuals based on requirements : Develop illustrations, logos and other designs : Work with Instructional designers, developers, business stakeholders and conceptualize design elements Required Education/ Experience : Graduation with good communication skills is a must : Minimum 4 : 5 years experience in developing digital learning assets : Bachelors or Masters or equivalent experience in graphic design, digital design, motion graphics would be preferred : Required Experience with design tools like Adobe suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro, After Effects and Articulate Storyline : Required Experience with video development tools, Vyond, Animaker etc. : Experience with UI/UX (using Adobe XD and Figma) would be an added advantage Required Skills and Competencies Function Specific: : Keen eye for detail and aesthetics : Excellent communication skills with global perspective is required : Driving innovation in design and development Personality Traits: : Individual contributor with good communication skills : Planning and priority setting and handling deliverables : Project management skills, including the ability to work independently and to lead multiple priorities while meeting timelines : Relationship building and problem:solving that leads to effective solutions Our Commitment to Sustain
