Project Overview Bechtel is seeking to work with a major Indian corporation to provide Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi:billion:dollar upgrade / expansion of their existing petrochemical facilities in India. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel s India offices. You will bring your experience and expertise to the PMC role while working within the customer s organization as part of an integrated team. Position Summary Excellent opportunity for an Environmental Engineer with strong Indian permitting and regulatory expertise seeking a new challenge in a fast:paced environment. Responsible for assigned activities within environmental engineering discipline on the project. Applies broad and diversified knowledge of environmental engineering principles and practices to the project. Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the environmental discipline on the project. Represents the environmental discipline on the project with Contractors and Owner to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work.
