Apply now What you ll do: As a UX Design Specialist, you will be part of our multi:disciplinary design team that includes interaction designers, user researchers and visual designers. In your day:to:day, you will: : Work with other User Experience Designers and User Researchers covering the entire product design lifecycle, including user research, concepts designs leading to high:fidelity interactive prototypes, and validating designs with customers/end users. : Work closely with colleagues from development, product management, customers and partners to deliver engaging experiences for SAP Cloud ERP products. : Act as an advocate of the end users. : Pay close attention to emerging trends in technology landscape and explore every opportunity to push the boundaries to strive for innovation, while ensuring a harmonized experience for end users. : Be self:motivated and believe in teamwork and cross collaboration. : Have a passion for problem solving and will always push for simpler, faster, more engaging solutions to complex business processes and technical challenges. What you bring: stylemargin:top:5.0px: : 4:7 years of experience in designing user experiences for software applications. : Degree (Bachelor s or Master s) in Design from a reputed design institute preferred. : Background in web and application design. : Experience in user experience projects covering various stages of design life cycle from user:research through application design, culminating in design validation. stylemargin:top:5.0px: : Experience designing business solutions with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, is a plus. : Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools, like Figma and Adobe Suite. : Keen eye for detail, critical thinking and an open mind to receive and provide feedback. : Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
