Job Roles and Responsibilities: : Provide construction application support, software engineering and business analysis for Universal Plant Viewer (UPV) and Advance Work Package (AWP) program. : Responsible for EIS/Data broker exchanges and coordinate with data broker/cross function team. : Provide support / trouble shoot for applications as communicated through ITSM. : Coordinate with the Construction Automation Lead to support application end users for managing processes for the complete project life cycle. : Coordinate with project teams to ensure Project automation plans comply with BSAP standards Support end user training for Construction applications as required. : Participate in train:the:trainer modules. Assist Training of back:up as directed by Lead. : Role will also include devising innovative approaches to problems encountered to provide solutions to the customer. : Perform data quality analysis at various stages of data exchange to ensure data integrity and no loss of info. : Documentation and understand all integration points with external systems. : Amenable to working in shifts. Required Qualification and Skills (Must Have): : Bachelor s degree in engineering with min 5 years experience in Application Support or equivalent IT / EPC function. : General understanding of the information lifecycle of project data : how information is exchanged between functions/disciplines and ownership of data transitions throughout the life of a project. : Hands on experience of creating queries in Oracle/SQL Server and PowerShell. : Knowledge of standard office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. : Understanding of Data exchanges and integration. Ability to troubleshoot dataflow issues within applications. : Familiarity with Data analytics and reporting. Experience of creating and Working knowledge of Power BI dashboard and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). : Excellent problem:solving and analytical skills, naturally curiou
