We are currently seeking a Wintel + AWS Support :T2 to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN:UP), India (IN). :Solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, and storage principleswith focus on AWS Cloud Platform. Multi:cloud experience in Azure and/or GCP is preferred. :Expert Cloud administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience. :Basic experience with OS patching and ability to troubleshoot server issues. :Strong scripting skills. Experience in IaC and automated deployments using CloudFormation/Terraform is a plus. :Able to work on On:Call rotationsand provide shift hours support at L2 level. :Experience in updating KB articles, Problem Management articles, and SOPs/Runbooks. :Passion for delivering timely and outstanding customer service. :Great written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
