Job Duties and Responsibilities Position: FEA Engineer Job Location: Pune Educational Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in mechanical/Automobile engineering or equivalent Minimum years of experience 3:4 years of relevant experience in FEA of structural and vibration analysis Nature of experience Automotive/Electric Vehicle Domain Skills Required: -Strong CAE/FEA fundamentals -Good knowledge in FE preprocessing and analysis softwares like Abaqus, FE:Safe, Hypermesh, SimLab or equivalent. -Knowledge of any optimization tools like Tosca, Isight, OptiStruct will be added advantage. -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Good Team Player, Positive Attitude and Disciplined -Experience of working in automotive sector. Experience of Engine and EV products simulations will be of added advantage. Job Description / Responsibilities -Create the FEA models as per standard guidelines. -Perform structural and vibration analysis of component, sub:system and assembly. -Perform correlation analysis with field/experimental data. -Create good quality reports that can be easily interpreted. -Evaluate the analysis performance vs. targets. -Use engineering techniques, hand calculations, etc. -Take ownership for quality work and timely defect free deliveries. -Strive for continuous improvements
