Business Development: Generating the new business from the existing clients and to acquire new clients. Managing business development activities and accountable for the top:line profitability. Developing prospective clients and maintaining relation with old clients. Dealing with the key clients for PAN India recruitment. End:End Recruitment: Responsible for End:End recruitments For IT and NON IT verticals.
