To increase thesalesvolume in the given territory and product availability at all relevant channels through the distributors 5.Help Distributors to manage business profitably and monitor the progress. 6.Ensure the proper and correct execution ofsales and trading terms determined by the company. 7.Plan and implement Distribution Infrastructure for market coverage. 8. Efficient stock management at CFA/stock points. 9. Accurate and timely reports on Market Intelligence: competitors activity, price changes and promotional support. 10.Regular reporting to ASM/RSM
