We ranked 5th globally in the dual-use category (civil and defence) drone manufacturers as per the report published by Drone Industry Insights in December 2023.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our marketing design efforts. The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional design skills but also have experience in budget management, collaborating with external agencies or teams, and overseeing the execution of marketing projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:1. Lead the design and development of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, ensuring they align with the ideaForge s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.2. Collaborate closely with various verticals within the marketing team to comprehensively understand project requirements, target audience insights, and strategic goals.3. Ideate, conceptualise and execute creative designs for various marketing channels, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, digital advertisements, and website assets.4. Manage design projects from inception to delivery, including establishing timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.5. Conduct regular reviews of design deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.6. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, freelancers, or design teams as needed for specialised projects or overflow work.7. Coordinate with external partners to brief them on project requirements, provide necessary assets and guidance, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.8. Act as an intermediary between the marketing team and external partners, facilitating communication and managing expectations on both ends9. Utilise budgeting and cost management skills to allocate resources efficiently, negotiate pricing with external vendors, and optimize project expenses.10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development within the team. Qualifications:1. Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.2. Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing materials across various channels.3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design software.4. Experience managing design projects and budgets, with a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.5. Proven track record of collaborating with external agencies, freelancers, or design teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.7. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs that meet brand standards and project requirements.8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.9. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.10.
