You will work with and assist various teams, each with unique backgrounds and perspectives, to develop solutions. You will obtain expertise with clinical health based data and will serve as a consulting resource for our clients and internal partners.Primary Responsibilities:Develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectivesAnalyze client requirements and complex business scenariosGather, clean and transform large data sets to be used in reports and visualizationDesign, develop and implement innovative/effective/strategic fully automated business solutionsForecast and trend complex data to provide insights to business partnersIdentify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processesConsistently improve technical skill set to acquire new skills and strengthen existing onesYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst1-2 years of experience working with relational databases database structures (preferably Snowflake and SQL Server)1+ years of experience creating/managing ETL processes (preferably DBT, Alteryx or SSIS)1+ years of experience developing in Business Intelligence / Visualization software (preferably Tableau)Intermediate level of proficiency creating SQL queriesIntermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered) Powered by Webbtree
