We are currently seeking a dedicated and organizedExecutive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support one of our doctors in their daily activities.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provideadministrative support to one of our doctors at Render - Chosen Clinic. The ideal candidate shouldhave a background in Corporate Secretaryship or relevant experience in a similar role. This roleinvolves managing the doctor s schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-dayoperations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the doctor s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and othercommitments.- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, handling inquiries and requestsas appropriate.- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the doctor.- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.- Maintain and organize the doctor s files, records, and confidential information.- Act as a liaison between the doctor and other staff members, patients, and external stakeholders.- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.Qualifications:- A degree in Corporate Secretaryship or relevant field is preferred.- Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is an advantage.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.Salary and Benefits:- Salary Bandwidth: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 INR (based on experience and qualifications).- The possibility of a higher salary (up to ₹40,000 INR) based on interview performance.- Pleasant working environment within a reputable healthcare institution.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Employee benefits and perks as per company policies.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please submit your resume and acover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you would be a suitable candidate for thisrole.
