Job Responsibilities: - Build a digital marketing roadmap for Seniors Today and create unique positioning, strong communication for the digital platform and identify target audience- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency- Set campaign and activity KPIs, budgets and measure ROIs accordingly- Oversee all social media accounts- Manage and improve online content, improve SEO performance and use Google Analytics to collect website performance intelligence- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market penetration- Create sales funnel to improve conversions- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies and improve campaign effectiveness- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals- Monitor competition and drive brand saliency- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments- Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager on customer segmentation and journey- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis, execute SEO strategies (including link building). Using web tools to track site traffic and rankings to maximize organic visitors.Competencies Requirement:1) Knowledge- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software- Familiarity with web design2) Skill Set- Excellent analytical and project management skills- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills Powered by Webbtree
