Job Responsibilities:Responsible for helping to maintain our commercial policy administration system – Duck CreekProvide support for the design and implementation of the policy administration system enhancements, and lead platform upgrades and other technical initiatives.Drive resolution and creative solutions to reported system problems and program bugsAnalyze current system environments and infrastructure to develop implementation plans and verification proceduresAssist in the defining of standardized and best practices that appropriately align with business objectives and department workflowComplete system testing to confirm business requirements, reliability and efficiency is metBe a successful liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure productive partnerships and productivityPerform complex troubleshooting and communicate potential solutionsPrepare and deliver formal presentations on projects and status for business and technology leadership.Manage and deliver development projects within the allocated budgetKeep on top of Duck Creek Technology Product Roadmap and the industry trends including Digital Transformation, InsureTech, AI/Machine Learning etcPrimary SkillsStrong facilitation experience for conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder agreement meetingsFamiliar with Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, prototyping, Conference Room Pilot (CRP), and similar approaches and principlesFamiliar with business process design concepts and principles.Excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDuck Creek Policy or Billing CertificationExperienceStrong understanding of the P C industry and solutions with 7-10 years of experience in defining architecture and design on Duck Creek suite – both SaaS and on-premiseMust have technical knowledge of the overall Duck Creek suite including Policy, Billing, Insights and distribution management to lead the integrationMust have a detailed understanding of Duck Creek Architecture, Data Models, UI design, processes and events.Knowledge of Duck Creek products including architecture, data model, components, modules and extensions.Experience in configuring Duck Creek products for Commercial Auto lines is preferable.Experience in integrating Duck Creek products with in-house systems and third-party systems.Experience in configuring Duck Creek in SaaS mode is mandatoryExperience upgrading Duck Creek preferably 7.x - 8.x UpgradeShift Timing: 13:00 PM - 21:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) Powered by Webbtree
