The roles and responsibilities will provide a broad range of experience and knowledge that can be helpful for starting your career in Accounting or Project Management.Responsibilities:Review clients contracts/agreements and purchase orders to ensure the end results will be fully functional projects in our ERP system.Ensure project creation and modifications comply with company-directed standards.Assist and provide backup support to accounting staff and auditors.Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and reports.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in a similar role.A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.The ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The ability to effectively and courteously communicate written and verbal information, and to clarify requirements as needed.Strong analytical intuition and problem-solving skills.A service focused approach and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.Clear ability to work individually and as part of a team.A willingness to support the team as required and work in a collaborative manner.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and can easily analyze and create basic formulas.Previous experience with Microsoft D365 is an asset but not mandatory Powered by Webbtree
